workplace marijuana policies made simple.”
As marijuana legalization
continues to expand across states and federal discussions intensify, employers
face growing uncertainty around workplace policies, compliance, and employee
rights. The workplace is becoming a complex space where legal, medical, and
cultural perspectives on marijuana intersect. In this timely session, Matthew

organizational integrity, and balancing employee wellbeing with legal
compliance.
This session isn’t just about laws—it’s about real-world scenarios: What do you do when an employee uses marijuana legally outside of work?
